Compensation: 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira) Position SummaryDobic Health is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk to join our team. An individual that has practical experience in patient interaction, administrative duties, data entry and strong knowledge in digital healthcare setting. Major Responsibilities• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.• Enter and update client information accurately into the clinic’s database or electronic medical record (EMR) system.• Collect and verify client’s or patient information, documentation and insuranceinformation.• Professionally handle incoming and outgoing mails, calls and courier packages.• Collect and process payment, issue receipts and maintain accurate billing records.• Maintain confidentiality and uphold our company’s policies.• Generally assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filling and inventorytracking.• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements• A degree or 1 year plus experience in Healthcare Administration, Office Administration, laboratory setting, or a related field.• Strong communication skills.• Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, billing and invoicing)• Familiar with data entry, HMO operations or electronic records is a plus.• Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.• Friendly, respectful, polite, and professional.
