Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company estate offerings to potential clients in and around Port Harcourt.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and field marketing.
- Convert prospects into paying clients and close deals effectively.
- Conduct property tours, client presentations, and site inspections.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all estate features, pricing, and legal processes.
- Follow up with clients and provide post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective promotional strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and property launches.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Both Male and Female can apply.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
- Must be based in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Port Harcourt real estate market is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media for lead generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional but preferred).
