Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Lead to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to our corporate sales efforts, driving revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of key corporate clients.
- The Corporate Sales Lead will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure he/she meets or exceeds targets and drive the sales efforts within the corporate or business-to-business (B2B) sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales target and revenue goals.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Create sales forecasts and reports to present to senior management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer value and drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
Team Work:
- Leverage on interpersonal skills to work with team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on achieving results.
Sales Execution:
- Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute promotional activities that support sales goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Use insights from market analysis to adapt sales strategies and remain competitive.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management.
- Analyse sales data to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimise sales performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the corporate sales sector is highly desirable.
- Experience in institutional sales.
- Ability to network and build relationships within the industry.
