Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking, intelligent, and results-driven Female Sales Expert to help us drive sales, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Manage online sales channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc.)
- Engage and follow up with potential and existing customers
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
- Maintain customer database and records
- Assist in the preparation of marketing campaigns
- Report directly to the Sales Manager/CEO
Requirements:
- Female, preferably aged 21–35 years
- Must reside within or around Gbagada Phase 2, Lagos
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any field
- 3+ years experience in sales, telesales, or e-commerce (preferred but not compulsory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable with using smartphones, social media, and basic computer tools
- Energetic, positive attitude, and self-driven
