Sales Representative

  • Must have at least 2years Experience in solar inverter sells
  • Must be able to answer customers inquires about inverter and also sell our product to customer
  • Greeting customers, offering assistance, answering questions about products, and handling returns or refunds.
  • Identifying customer needs, recommending products, promoting current sales and discounts, and engaging in upselling/cross-selling.
  • Stocking shelves, arranging displays, keeping the sales floor clean and organized, and ensuring proper product presentation.
  • Operating the cash register, processing payments, and managing customer transactions.
  •  Assisting with inventory checks, receiving shipments, and reporting low stock levels.
  •  Supporting visual merchandising efforts by arranging displays and ensuring product areas meet merchandising standards.
  •  Handling customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic mathematical skills for cash register operations.
  • Product knowledge and an understanding of sales techniques.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail for stock management and display presentation.
