We are looking for a dedicated, results-driven Sales Representative to help drive sales, confirm customer orders, and provide exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and confirm customer orders to ensure smooth processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with delivery agents to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. - Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences and market demands
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong selling and closing skills with a proven ability to persuade customers
- Ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Prior sales experience in consumer goods or the wellness industry.
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools like Excel, CRM systems, etc.
