Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote Asotech’s real estate services.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Asotech’s services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
