We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to help manage walk-in and phone orders, upsell our products and provide excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and take orders in person or via phone
- Keep track of customer orders and inventory movements
- Manage petty cash and receipts
- Coordinate deliveries and pick-up arrangements with the Logistics Team
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Business, Marketing or related field
- Friendly and confident communication
- Strong multitasking and record keeping skills
- Previous experience in food retail or customer service is an advantage.
