Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 65,000 Naira per month.
- Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
- Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
- Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
- Performance Bonus
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
- Pension plan fully funded by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE, a statement of result is required with the application.
- Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
- Proximity to *JERICHO HILLS, ALESHINLOYE, IBADAN,* is essential.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month.
