Salary: ₦250,000 Monthly

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and providing accurate solutions
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Document customer interactions, process orders, and manage customer accounts
* Work closely with other departments resolve complex issues
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work U.S. time zone hours
* Must be detail-oriented and tech-savvy
* Must reside in or be willing to commute to Admiralty Way, Lekki
