We are currently seeking a Supervisor for our fast growing fashion house. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of garment production, and basic financial acumen. You will be instrumental in maintaining high production standards, optimizing team performance, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Keys Skills & Qualifications
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the tailoring and production team.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and production deadlines.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to tailors to boost efficiency and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to align production with design specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of production output, fabric usage, and inventory.
- Assist in basic accounting duties, including expense tracking, petty cash handling, and budget adherence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational or personnel issues in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive, productive, and creative work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, ideally within the fashion or apparel production industry.
- Strong understanding of tailoring workflows and garment construction.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and accounting procedures.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for quality and detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
