Technical Support Engineer About the Role As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in deploying and supporting internet and security infrastructure for our clients. Your work will directly impact how businesses and homes stay connected and secure. You’ll be responsible for hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, CCTV systems, and structured cabling. You’ll also support client issues when they arise. The work requires good technical ability, time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
