We are a wholly Nigerian-owned limited liability company registered with corporate affairs commission with major business interests in marine logistics. Our focus is on providing support services in the shipping, oil, and gas sectors through a combination of technical know-how, core competence, and diligence.

Administrative Officer

We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and organized recent graduate to join our team as an Administrative Officer. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain practical experience in office administration and grow within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who reside on the Island or its environs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with general administrative tasks and daily office operations
  • Maintaining organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Handling correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Supporting the team in organizing meetings and managing calendars
  • Monitoring office supplies and assisting with procurement
  • Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Serving as a liaison between the office and external stakeholders
