Human Resource Manager

  • Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month

The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and culture development tailored to the real estate and property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for vacant roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower needs.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure effective internal communication and engagement.

Performance Management

  • Implement and manage KPIs and appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers and team leads on performance improvement.
  • Monitor employee growth and productivity.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Organize workshops, capacity building, and compliance training.
  • Monitor effectiveness and ROI of training activities.

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws and real estate industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage payroll input and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Administer staff benefits including leave, pensions, insurance, and bonuses.
  • Ensure competitive and fair compensation strategies.

  • Promote company values and a culture of accountability.
  • Collaborate with management on organizational development.
  • Drive diversity, inclusion, and employee satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s degree or CIPM certification is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
