- Must have at least 2years Experience in solar inverter sells
- Must be able to answer customers inquires about inverter and also sell our product to customer
- Greeting customers, offering assistance, answering questions about products, and handling returns or refunds.
- Identifying customer needs, recommending products, promoting current sales and discounts, and engaging in upselling/cross-selling.
- Stocking shelves, arranging displays, keeping the sales floor clean and organized, and ensuring proper product presentation.
- Operating the cash register, processing payments, and managing customer transactions.
- Assisting with inventory checks, receiving shipments, and reporting low stock levels.
- Supporting visual merchandising efforts by arranging displays and ensuring product areas meet merchandising standards.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction.
Skills and Qualities:
