Summary
The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, implementing systems improvements, and ensuring data security across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for staff.
- Ensure system security through access controls and antivirus software.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software as required.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Research and recommend innovative technology solutions to improve business processes.
Qualifications & Skills& Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as an IT Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and enterprise software tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA and others, are an advantage.
