Job Summary

- This role supports performance reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis while ensuring accurate account reconciliations and compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing performance reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Support daily accounting and treasury operations
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Provide documentation for audits and maintain internal controls
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of finance or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Progress toward a professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, etc.) is a plus.
