Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts with strong leadership, business development insight, and a results-driven mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading category growth, enhancing P&L performance, and executing data-led marketing strategies. Ideal candidates will have a collaborative leadership style and a demonstrated history of driving impactful brand transformations, especially within the FMCG industry.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and consumer insights.
Team Empowerment & Organizational Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing marketing teams. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Category & Business Growth:
- Identify growth opportunities across categories; implement plans to enhance brand equity, market share, and revenue.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Leverage market research, analytics, and performance data to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, finance, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure cohesive execution of business objectives.
Brand Transformation & Innovation:
- Champion brand positioning initiatives and go-to-market strategies that elevate consumer perception and drive market penetration
Profit & Loss Management:
- Own and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale marketing campaigns and brand transformations.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and consumer behavior.
- Proven expertise in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and business development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
