We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing automobile garage in Lagos. The business owner is seeking a self driven, proactive, and business-minded Executive Assistant (EA), who will act like a partner, not just a personal assistant.

You’ll manage key schedules, set up interviews, drive marketing content, and most importantly, take ownership of moving things forward across operations, communication, and business growth. If you have the mindset of a leader, not just a task-taker — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Admin Support

  • Act as the business owner’s right-hand and trusted operations partner
  • Manage daily calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Set up interviews and follow up with job candidates or vendors
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and project updates across teams

Content, Marketing & Business Growth

  • Suggest social media content ideas that reflect the garage’s brand and services
  • Monitor trends in the automobile space and propose strategic visibility actions
  • Spot business development opportunities, partnerships, collabs, clients
  • Propose ways to improve the garage’s image, client experience, or revenue flow

What We’re Looking For

  • BSc/HND in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • 3 to 4+ years experience in EA, business ops, or content/marketing coordination
  • A natural leader with an ownership mentality, takes initiative and thinks ahead
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy: familiar with Google Drive, Canva, Instagram, WhatsApp Business
  • Business-minded: understands growth, reputation, and strategic thinking
  • Confident in dealing with both workshop staff and professional clients
  • Bonus: Experience in auto-related or fast-paced businesses
