Job Description
- A Telemarketer Specialist is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and drive sales.
- They engage customers through phone conversations, build rapport, and handle objections to secure sales or gather valuable information.
- Success in this role requires strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of calls to potential customers using a provided list or database.
- Product/Service Promotion: Clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads for the sales team.
- Relationship Building: Developing rapport with customers and building a positive relationship to encourage future business.
- Objection Handling: Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections to close sales.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
- Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing support.
- Product Knowledge: Staying informed about product updates, features, and pricing.
- Market Research: Gathering feedback and insights from customers to improve products or services.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
