Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Financial Control Manager, based in Lagos.
- The Senior Financial Control Manager is responsible for overseeing financial controlling and reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and conducting financial analysis.
- The role involves preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.
- While the role is located in Lagos, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Skills in Financial Controlling, Finance, and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical Skills to support decision-making processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- 10 to 15 years Experience in the banking or financial services industry is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
