Sales / Marketing Officer

Job Description
- Engage new and existing clients to promote dental supplies and lab services.
- Visit new prospects (dental clinics, and hospitals) to introduce Smileville’s products and services.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate with the supply to ensure timely delivery.
- Actively promote company products and services to dental clinics, hospitals, and relevant professionals.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring smooth communication and service flow.
- Monitor and track sales progress, maintain accurate records, and update client pipelines regularly.
- Support social media efforts by creating or suggesting basic content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and outreach events as a company representative.
- Gather and document client feedback to help improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Assist in implementing promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing client pipelines
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM or tracking tools
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for business use
- Willingness to make regular field visits and represent the company at events and exhibitions
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
