Sales Executive

  • Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
  • Our client, a reputable real estate and agribusiness investment company, is looking to hire motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of properties and farmland, building strong client relationships, and helping the company achieve its sales goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate and agriculture, communicates effectively, negotiates confidently, and performs well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor real estate and agribusiness trends to identify new sales opportunities and advise clients accordingly.

Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Actively source and engage potential clients through direct outreach, referrals, events, and digital platforms.

Client Engagement and Sales Conversion

  • Present property and farmland investment opportunities to prospects, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the sales process to successful closure.

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Sales Performance and Reporting

  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and provide timely updates and reports on pipeline activity and deal progress.

Property Promotion and Site Coordination

  • Coordinate client site visits and inspections, ensuring all promotional materials and listings are up to date and professionally presented.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing team to support campaigns, contribute to content direction, and ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand messaging.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, banking, or insurance sales
  • Bachelor\’s Degree in any discipline
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos property market
  • Self-motivated, confident, and well-organized
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
