We are a fast-growing company in Digital consulting space, focused on delivering exceptional results to our clients. We are currently looking for a highly disciplinedfocused, and articulate individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with additional responsibilities in administration and operations.

Job Overview

This is a hybrid role that combines outbound sales outreach with critical administrative and operational support. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling and email campaigns, while also supporting internal processes through research, data entry, and day-to-day admin duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects (must be confident and well-spoken)
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales staff
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture relationships
  • Update CRM records (Pipedrive) with lead activity and notes

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Assist with research tasks (industry, competitors, client leads)
  • Perform general admin duties (email handling, calendar scheduling, document preparation)
  • Support project tracking and internal coordination
  • Help streamline team workflows and communication
  • Other assigned task

Ideal Candidate:

  • Female candidate, preferably with a strong voice and confident phone presence
  • Highly disciplined, self-managed, and reliable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English)
  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems (Pipedrive a plus), and research tools
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or admin support preferred
  • Positive attitude, quick learner, and detail-oriented
