We are looking for a result-driven Sales and Business Development Officers who will play a key role in expanding our customer base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver client feedback and improve services.
- Represent Geeza Tech at industry events, networking opportunities, and partner engagements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in the Travel sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and digital services.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales platforms.
- Goal-oriented with a proven record of hitting or exceeding targets.
