Sales and Business Development Officers

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
  • Experience: 1 – 3 years
  • Location: Lagos , Rivers
  • Job Field: Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development 
  • Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000/month

We are looking for a result-driven Sales and Business Development Officers who will play a key role in expanding our customer base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver client feedback and improve services.
  • Represent Geeza Tech at industry events, networking opportunities, and partner engagements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in the Travel sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and digital services.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales platforms.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven record of hitting or exceeding targets.
