Job Description:
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming clients and guests, and providing administrative support to the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized front desk
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support the real estate arm of the business.
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support to the legal team
- Maintain confidentiality and always ensure discretion
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or legal setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Well-groomed, courteous, and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Competitive and commensurate with experience
