Dration: 9 months with possible extension
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Project Implementation
- Lead the day-to-day implementation of project activities.
- Supervise project staff, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure quality performance.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
- Track passes

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final narrative and financial reports for donors and internal use.
- Document lessons learned and best practices.
Finance
- Oversee project budgets, including forecasting and expenditure tracking.
- Ensure compliance with donor and organizational financial regulations.
- Approve and manage procurement and logistics related to the project.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for donors, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Foster strong collaboration with government, communities, and other partners.
- Represent the organization in project-related meetings, conferences, and forums.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Solve
Qualifying:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or certification (PMP, PRINCE 2, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience:
