We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a SENIOR LEARNING MANAGER/PRINCIPLAL. In this role, you will be responsible for overall management of staff, students and teaching/learning process. Your primary objective will be to assess the quality of teacher’s delivery of lessons, curriculum content, and student’s learning outcomes.

  • A University graduate with teaching qualification. 
  • A minimum of ten (10) years relevant post NYSC qualification experience with minimum of 5 years as School Head/Principal in any reputable secondary school.
  • Experienced in curriculum development.
  • Capable of managing a hybrid system of in-person and virtual classes 
  • Develops a system of blend mix of Nigerian and British Curriculum (For English Language) 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborating and planning with all stakeholders for effective academic achievements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Teacher training and capapacity building.
  • Supervises   and   evaluates   teaching   methods   to   ensure   target   academic achievements are met
  • Sets objectives for students to meet, and develop a plan of action in helping students  to achieve  excellent  results  in  all  internal  and  external examinations
  • Possesses ability to drive a 21st century system of education in teaching, learning and evaluation.
  • Develops and Integrates students’ entrepreneurial Skills into the School curriculum.

Parent Acquisition 

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, engaging with prospective parents to understand their needs and promote the benefits of our hybrid brand of school.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to convert leads into enrolled students, providing necessary information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.

 Student Onboarding:

  • Works with teachers, and support staff to develop personalized activity plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of onboarding activities, including enrollment paperwork, orientation sessions, and technology setup.

Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with parents by providing ongoing support and acting as a trusted advisor throughout their child’s educational journey.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the student experience and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Act as an advocate for parents and students within the organization, representing their interests and communicating their needs to relevant teams.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure student enrollment, parent satisfaction, and retention rates.
  • Monitor student engagement and academic progress, identifying trends and opportunities for intervention or support.
