About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic individual to join our team as an International Relations & Programmes Officer. In this role, you’ll build and manage partnerships with institutions both locally and abroad, support international student admissions, and contribute to the growth of our entrepreneurship programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local and international organizations, institutions, and agencies.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of international admissions (foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels).
  • Identify and negotiate collaboration opportunities with global partners and education consultants.
  • Design and execute digital marketing strategies to boost visibility, drive student enrolment, and strengthen partner engagement.
  • Track social media trends and performance analytics to improve marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the organization at education fairs, webinars, and strategic meetings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment and training goals.
  • Prepare periodic reports on partnerships, admissions progress, and campaign results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in international student recruitment, programme coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of global education systems and admissions processes.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, social media engagement, and digital branding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Familiarity with graphic and video tools such as Canva, CapCut, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience in entrepreneurship programming or international collaborations is an added advantage.
