A fast-growing frozen chicken production company operating four large-scale farms in Ibadan, Nigeria. Our mission is to produce safe, high-quality poultry products for local and regional markets while maintaining strong ethical and operational standards.
We are looking for a results-driven HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources operations across our farm locations. You will be responsible for recruitment, performance management, staff welfare, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across all farm locations.
• Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and build a positive work environment.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and staff training plans.
• Ensure accurate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
• Develop and enforce HR policies in line with labour laws and company goals.
• Support health, safety, and staff welfare initiatives, especially in production areas.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be willing to travel across multiple farm locations in Ibadan.
