Human Resource Manager

Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month

Location: Wuse, Abuja

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding across departments.
Drive performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and travel industry regulations.
Champion employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives.
Provide HR leadership during peak travel seasons and operational shifts.
Manage HR policy development, documentation, and process improvement.
Oversee HR data, reporting, and systems to support strategic decision-making.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Social Sciences, or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related sectors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and other relevant software.

Required Competencies

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives to business goals
Excellent leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to influence at all levels
Proficiency in HR analytics, HRIS systems, and data-driven decision-making
Deep understanding of Nigerian Labour Law, HR compliance, and regulatory issues
