Horeca Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration in the HoReCa sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure brand visibility and availability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management within the beverage or FMCG sector, preferably with HoReCa exposure.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
