We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to provide hands-on training, equipping you with the technical and soft skills required to build a successful career in credit management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured training programs on loan processing, credit analysis, customer service, and financial products.
- Assist in evaluating creditworthiness of potential clients through interviews, background checks, and financial analysis.
- Support in preparing loan documentation and ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures.
- Monitor active loan accounts and follow up on repayment schedules.
- Learn to identify potential loan defaulters and assist with recovery efforts.
- Provide financial advice and educate clients on loan products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and client communications.
- Work closely with senior loan officers and branch staff to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have completed NYSC (or have evidence of exemption).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of integrity and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
