Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity and innovation
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and cost proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Creativity and innovation in menu development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
