JOB VACANCY
We are seeking a highly professional and discreet executive driver to provide safe driving experience to our Group Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and confidential transport to various appointments and events. This individual must be committed to upholding the highest standards of service and privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transporting the GMD to and from various locations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality concerning the GMD and his travel details.
- Ensuring confidentiality and privacy of all conversations and information in the vehicle.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and keep the vehicle clean and in excellent working condition.
- Develop efficient route plans to navigate through traffic efficiently and ensure punctuality.
- Adjust travel plans as needed due to changes in the GMD schedules or unforeseen circumstances.
- Coordinate with security personnel when necessary to ensure safety.
- Adapting to changing schedules and routes as necessary.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle.
Qualifications
- OND/SSCE
- Proven experience as an executive driver or in a similar role.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- In-depth knowledge of local routes and navigation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a range of luxury vehicles with expertise.
- Professional appearance and adherence to a strict code of conduct.
- Defensive driving certification.
- First aid and CPR training.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and light repair tasks.
