As a personal Advertising Manager in our dynamic real estate company, you will spearhead innovative marketing campaigns and research that drive brand awareness and engagement. This pivotal role is integral to our growth strategy, working closely with the sales and creative teams to craft compelling advertising content that resonates with diverse audiences and accelerates property sales.
Responsibilities
- Listing of properties on marketing platforms
- You shall implement comprehensive advertising campaigns tailored to promote our real estate listings across various channels, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Social media page management
- You shall manage the advertising budget efficiently by allocating resources strategically to achieve the highest return on investment for each campaign.
- We expect you to establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and advertising partners to negotiate favorable terms and secure optimal placements.
