We are looking for an Administrative/Technical Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
A successful Administrative/Technical officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative/Technical support and managing their queries.
Responsibilities include:
- Track orders to ensure timely arrival.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Update office policies as needed
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Schedule in-house and external events
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry or other related courses.
- Young graduate with or without experience that is open to or willing to learn
As an added advantage, the following can be key to getting the role:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative/Technical Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
