Executive Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the MD to provide high-level administrative, operational, and secretarial support. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the MD’s office, optimizing executive efficiency, provides high-level administrative and supporting strategic priorities. The role requires a proactive, highly organized, and discreet individual capable of managing competing priorities and representing the MD with professionalism in all engagements. The EA will be responsible for calendar management, executive communications, stakeholder engagement etc and acts as a key liaison between the MD and various stakeholders.
