The Northern Agribusiness Development Initiative (NADI) is seeking skilled and passionate Enumerators to support its mission of transforming the agricultural landscape of Northern Nigeria. Established in 2023, NADI is committed to modernizing farming systems, boosting productivity, and empowering rural communities through strategic partnerships and innovative approaches.

Role of the Enumerator:

Enumerators will play a crucial role in identifying and documenting individuals interested in farming and agribusiness across local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify individual farmers and farming groups within target areas.

•  Conduct field-based surveys and structured interviews.

•  Accurately collect and submit data using digital tools (e.g., ODK, KoboToolbox).

•  Support mobilization, awareness, and sensitization activities in rural communities.

Eligibility & Requirements:

•  Minimum age: 25 years.

•  Digital literacy: Ability to use smartphones, mobile apps, and internet tools.

•  Language skills: Fluent in local languages and able to engage effectively with farmers.

•  Device access: Must own a smartphone or tablet capable of using data collection apps.

•  Mobility: Willing to travel within assigned Local Government Areas (LGAs).

•  Experience: Prior involvement in data collection or community outreach is an added advantage.

Internal Control Officer The Internal Control Officer based in Bode Saadu site in Kwara will ensure compliance with internal policies, identify risks, prevent fraud, improve control processes and improve operational efficiency.
