Malaria Consortium, a leading non-profit organization specializing in the prevention, control, and treatment of malaria and other communicable diseases, is recruiting a Workshop Assistant for a temporary position in Jigawa.

Position: Workshop Assistant

•  Location: Jigawa

•  Employment Type: Temporary

Purpose of the Assignment:

The Workshop Assistant will provide essential support for the Health Facility Workers (HFWs) Training and Community Level Trainings.

Specific Activities (IT & Administration):

•  Liaise with vendors to ensure timely meal service.

•  Distribute workshop materials to participants as needed.

•  Take photographs of training sessions.

•  Set up and operate IT equipment for smooth meeting operations.

•  Take electronic attendance of participants.

•  Perform other assigned duties to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.

Deliverables:

•  Attendance sheets for participants.

•  Typed list of participants in Excel format, including bank account details.

•  Electronic copy of training pictures.

•  Brief and concise report of Workshop Assistant responsibilities in supporting Health Facility Workers (HFWs) Training and Community Level Trainings.

Requirements:

•  Minimum of HND/BSc in any discipline.

•  Must be computer literate.

•  Experience in providing administrative support for workshops and trainings.

•  Ability to take meeting notes.

Internal Control Officer The Internal Control Officer based in Bode Saadu site in Kwara will ensure compliance with internal policies, identify risks, prevent fraud, improve control processes and improve operational efficiency.
