The World Economic Forum Early Careers Program is a fixed-term 6-month employment at a World Economic Forum office. Applications are open for the World Economic Forum Early Careers Program for the spring 2026 cohort. It is a full-time program for Early Careers with bachelor’s and master’s degrees. The positions are available in Geneva (Switzerland), Mumbai (India), Beijing (China), and Tokyo (Japan). One of the benefits of this program is that the WEF will offer work authorization support for a Geneva, Switzerland-based role. The Work permit allows you to work in Switzerland.
