Technical Operator

What will you do
- Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and speed targets.
- Implement Autonomous Maintenance on machines at defined frequencies.
- Accurately document all tasks performed, including machine operation and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to resolve machine-related issues effectively.
- Apply all company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to Health and Safety regulations
- Prevent product cross-contamination by ensuring equipment cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Our Perfect Candidate
- Minimum OND in the Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field.
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Technician
- Detailed orientation.
- Ability to work shift rotation & extended work hours.
- High level of drive and initiative.
- Excellent ownership mindset.
- Good communication & interpersonal relationship skills.
