Technical Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to design and implement training and development programs.
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Typing speed of 40WPM.
Soft Skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans.

Work Experience
