Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise engineering projects from planning to completion.
- Review and approve designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ relevant experience, with proven track record in large-scale projects.
- COREN registration or equivalent professional certification required.
- Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
