Job Description
- A sales representative promotes and sells a company’s products or services by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Key responsibilities include generating leads, presenting product information, negotiating terms, meeting sales targets, and providing customer support. Success in this role depends on strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead generation: Finding new business opportunities through methods like cold calling, networking, and researching.
- Product demonstration: Presenting products or services to potential customers and explaining how they meet the client’s needs.
- Sales negotiation and closing: Discussing and agreeing on sales terms, and completing the sale.
