Job Summary
- As a Sales Partner / City Headat Lush Hair, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers and retailers across your assigned territory.
- You will work closely with the sales team to execute sales strategies, meet targets, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key distributors and Salons in your assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling, order taking, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely delivery and stocking of Lush Hair products at customer locations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Gather market intelligence and report back to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficient in using sales tools and technology.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good understanding of local market dynamics and consumer trends.
