Sales / Business Development Associate

Responsibilties
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Following industry trends locally and internationally and keeping abreast of changes in Tech-business.
- Increasing client base, researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Discussing promotional strategy and activities with the Enterprise Development Team
- Preparing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders
- Drive business development to close deals/agreements/partnerships
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Further develop the business strategy and plan for the company’s future growth
- Prepare the company for investment rounds and secure funding
- Delivery of projects within agreed timeframes with partners
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Requirements
- B.SC/HND in a Business, Science or Engineering course
- 3-5 years of work experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships or related field
- Competency in Microsoft applications and understanding of Project Management
- Good understanding of content development and information technology market
- Experience working in an Innovation Hub, Learning and Development/CBT firm, Public Sector unit of a commercial bank is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
