Job Summary:
- We’re seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to develop and implement safety policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations
- Train employees on safety practices
- Investigate accidents and incidents
- Prepare detailed reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Experience in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus
