Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Relationship Officer.
- The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Key responsibilities include account management, sales generation, customer service, and ensuring the satisfaction of clients through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Customer Service and delivering high-quality, client-focused support.
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and maintain strong client connections.
- Understanding of finance and the capacity to provide tailored financial solutions to meet customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
