Job Description
- As a Recruitment Specialist at Transsion Holdings, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across various business units.
- You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment goals align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, social media, employee referrals, and campus engagements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
- Draft job descriptions and work with HR teams to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate).
- Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS (e.g., Taleo, BambooHR, or Transsioner platform).
- Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs, campus programs, and online campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws in all recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational company.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Familiarity with the technology or electronics industry is an advantage.
Salary
N300,000 – N450,000 / Month.
